I’ve been using Joico Lumishine Developer 10 Volume 3% for a few weeks now and it works well for gentle color deposits and toning. It’s easy to mix and doesn’t have a strong chemical smell, which I appreciate. However, it takes a bit longer to process than some other developers I’ve tried. Overall, a reliable product but could be a bit faster.

I’ve been using the Joico Lumishine Developer 10 Volume 3% for a few months now, and I’m really impressed with the results. It’s gentle on my hair but still provides excellent lift and color activation. My hair feels healthy and shiny after every use, and the developer mixes smoothly without any odd smells.
