I really liked how vibrant and natural the 5NN shade looked on my hair, and it lasted longer than I expected. The color feels soft and shiny, which I appreciate. However, the application was a bit tricky to get even, and it took longer than I hoped. Overall, a good product but could improve on ease of use.
