They can be used on pre-lightened and natural bases of 9 or lighter, for blonde tone enhancement or neutralization of unwanted warm tones. Deep Toning enhances pre-lightened darker bases or naturally blonde hair 5-8, ideal for low lights and blurred roots. The low ammonia content allows for use immediately after the lightening of highlights.
