I’ve been using the Oligo Blacklight Cool Toned Blonde Bleach Lightener for a few weeks now, and I’m really impressed! It lightens my hair up to 8 levels while giving it a beautiful cool tone, which is exactly what I wanted. The one-step formula made the process so much easier and less time-consuming. I’ve used the Oligo Blacklight Cool Toned Blonde Bleach Lightener a few times and it does a good job lifting color without turning hair brassy, which I really appreciate. It’s gentle on my hair, but it can take a bit longer to process than some other bleaches I’ve tried. Overall, a solid product if you have time to be patient.

It lightens my hair up to 8 levels while keeping the tone cool and brassy-free, which is exactly what I wanted.
