Schwarzkopf Bond Enforcing Blonde Hi-Lighting is used for highlighting shades for lifting and toning on dark or previously colored bases. This is suitable for hair with a natural base of 4 or lighter or for colored hair from base 6. This uses succinic acid to penetrate the hair during blonding and protect those all important hair bonds. The result is blonde hair which keeps its strength and elasticity making it less prone to breakage.
